ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ASSOCIATES / BREW EXECUTIVES 

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

BREW EXECUTIVE (MALE / FEMALE) : PLUS 2 / GRADUATES. 1 TO 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN A CAFE AS BREWER

CUPPA ASSOCIATES (MALE / FEMALE) : 10TH PASS / UG. FRESHERS WELCOME.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

The team member designated as the Associate/Manager must be stationed at or near the front door at all times. Their responsibilities include:

1. To ensure that the front area including the door, glass, windows and floors are kept clean.

2. To ensure that the entryway outside the front entrance and parking lot is clean.

3. To wear a complete, clean and pressed uniform and to have excellent grooming and presentation.

4. To have sufficient clean menus in good condition for our guests.

5. To have a back-up order entry pad and pen.

6. To ensuring that the outlet is always clean. Must assist in cleaning floors, tables, chairs, booths and bussing tables as necessary.

7. To assist servers delivering items to guest tables as necessary.

9. To handle carryout orders.

10. To always be polite, courteous and friendly with guests.

11. Special needs of customers, children, café ambience (temperature, music level, and lighting).

12. Verify cleanliness of washrooms, fully stocked.
